For many years the Jimenez Law Firm P.C. has proudly represented children who are injured in accidents. Sometimes we have taken cases other lawyers would turn away because of our sincere commitment to seeing that children receive justice, just like anyone else. There are special legal tactics that must be used in child injury cases. The parents of a child can sign the children up to be our client. As a parent you have to be involved in the case and you are in control of the settlement amount. Also, when a case is settled we then seek approval by a judge who requires that the settlement funds be placed in a restricted account to be used by the child when they turn eighteen or twenty one, depending if they are in school.
